RE-READ (2026)

More than ten years after my first discovery of the Infernal Devices, and after several re-reading sessions throughout the years, I decided to pick up Clockwork Angel once more, on a day where I felt like meeting an old friend. It was just as I remembered, and I'm still in love with Clare's characters. The first meeting of Will and Tessa leaves me giddy, like always, and Jem remains the absolute gem that he is (yes, there's a pun in there). I could talk for hours on how much I love this story, the world building, the writing style (all the victorian literature references between Will and Tessa), but I'll just say that if you haven't picked up this series yet, I envy you !! You'll have the luck and pleasure to delve into this wonderfully written steampunk victorian demonhunter world for the first time 🥲🤌🏻
