Nothing like a feel of diving into a new fantasy and trying to figure out the world and the magic system.

As usual what i liked the most about the book was the family dynamic. Benedict for the most part i found tiring, and annoying, and mostly problematic, but Sophies interaction with the other Bridgertons, and with Posy were really the strongest parts and the selling points.

Why is he so unlikable? There are some moments where hes alright, romantic even, but more often than not- he just ruins it so badly-inner monologue or not, most of his parts are just insuffurable. Maybe someone is into that, im personally not. I dont see them having a good time, i dont see them having fun with each other, most of the time im not even sure they like each other-hes bullying her is what it feels like. I like Sophies character a lot, i like her with the Bridgertons(except Benedict) and i wish for her a more compassionate, gentle love than whatever this is.
