I’m doing a reading challenge where one of the items is to read a short story collection. But so far I’m not finding any I like. I tend to read fantasy, sci-fi, and mystery (no horror or gore). The only short stories I can remember liking are The Martian Chronicles and The Illustrated Man by Ray Bradbury. I also liked Blackout, which was a YA romance collection from various authors of a summer day in NYC when there was a blackout. Any recs would be appreciated!

I’m looking for a cozy sci-fi that is not Martha Wells or Becky Chambers. Any ideas?

Hey everyone! I want some bookish merch, but I feel like everything that’s being recommended to me by the dreaded algorithm all looks like AI and I despise it. Anyone know any great creators/websites that have real people behind their merch?

If you could live in ONE book's world, what book would that be? Who would you be in that world? I'd probably want to live in Howl's Moving Castle's world personally. 🏰 Being a witch sounds like something I'd love to do. I was also thinking about The Master and Margarita, but it's a bit more of an upsetting world haha. Not gonna lie, riding a broom naked in the night, running away from everything sounds tempting. 🧹 ✨

I loved the first story. It made me want to read more mysteries in short form like this. Here’s the murder and the clues. Here’s the resolution. Great stuff 🔪
