Genuinely one of the best books I've read in a very long time. The characters and their story were so compelling. I cannot wait for the next installment.

In 24 hours, this book has proved to me that I'm not in a reading slump, the books I've been reading just aren't it. I cannot stop reading this.

I dont know if I'm enjoying this yet. I knew going into it that some of Nikitta's work hasn't been for me so we'll see

Thank you to Netgalley for the ARC ❤️ This was an absolute joy to read. It was a culmination of everything that makes being queer beautiful. I think that all but maybe 2 of the short stories and essays were excellent, and I was so pleased to see Maame Blue involved! The last story, Stained Glass, was beautiful. The poetry was very hit and miss for me, and is why I gave the book 4 stars. Poetry is, of course, subjective so make up your own minds! A fantastic release right before Pride month! 🏳️🌈
