What a great story! I'm noticing that Eldritch-horror horror is becoming my favourite type; I love the unknowness of it all.
This was very well written and I was absolutely hooked. It did read a little YA at times, which is the reasons it didn't get full marks. Whilst the twist was a little predictable, I did not expect it to go the way it did! Loved it!

The Pomeranian being taken by the seagull almost made me spit my tea out. I remember that happening. I am now 100% sure the author is from Devon, too lol

Despite only getting little snippets of the actual horror sections, theyre so visceral and unsettling that it works so well.

I am so absolutely intrigued by this story. 👀 also, love the non-binary rep as an enby 😌
