So something that continues to bother me is how culturally insensitive Saeris is to everyone. She acts like she has the right and say so to change every tradition and element of fae/vampire culture just cause she wants to and that pisses me off. Like I get that she has her own preferences, but not even asking or knowing why some people prefer to do things her way comes across as super disrespectful. I couldn’t put my finger on it before but that is it. If I’m a visitor or new arrival into a foreign place, it is so important to me to like understand how and why people behave the way they do and at lease respect their traditions. I may not have to do it myself, but I’m not gonna act like they are crazy for wanting things to be the way they have for been for like… millennia ???
