Is it just me, or is this exposition/lore dump wayyyyy more engaging than similar scenes/ chapters in the first book? Is it something about the writing I'm not noticing but is still making it more interesting to follow? Or is it just that I barely remembered anything from this book, so it's all basically new to me, whereas I still remembered a good bit of the lore covered in the first book?

up to this point eragon’s infatuation with arya has been understandable because of his age and how cool she is, but i’m starting to lose patience because my guy she has told you MULTIPLE TIMES now that she’s not interested in you and only sees you as a friend like leave her alone 💀💀💀💀

Languidly the languid lady languidly bats her languid eyes in a rather languid fashion.
