So Iām currently taking a Shakespeare class and a lot of the movie adaptations weāre watching along with the plays are genderbent in some way (like The Tempest with Helen Mirren). I really like genderbent/queer adaptions, so I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. Books would be preferred, but Iām open to movies as well.
Also, I primarily read fantasy/sci-fi, so if anyone has any speculative fiction Shakespeare retellings, Iād love those recommendations too! I know Chloe Gong is well-known for hers, but I havenāt read any others that I know of and would love to expand my tbr.

James and Christopher are great and all but I adore this tailor.
