Story is picking up. I wonder how this will end? 70% in and have yet to see any solution or ways on how the three stories will be concluded.

Alright. 50% in and so far I think the book is really fun. It established the atmosphere very well. I like all the characters so far although I’m not super attached to them. I am however quite curious on how the book is going to reveal this witchcraft and witches thing because I hope it doesn’t end up becoming like “oh witches actually doesn’t exist and it’s actually something else” or witchcraft did exist in this book but it would be given a very vague conclusion and explanation which is going to feels a bit disappointing after all the world building. So I hope it will actually reveal that “yeah, witches and witchcraft is REAL!!!”

It does concern me that Alba seems to have a crush on her uncle…why does he have sleazy vibes from the writing…
