I’ve been enjoying reading a lot lately, especially since each book has its own topic.

For this one, the topic of absurdism was interesting. I’ve had my moments were nothing really matters; for example, the world will continue to move on without me, dead or alive. Life is meaningless, and finding a meaning for it is absurd. But that can be a risky view since it could lead to the harm of others. For instance, Meursault showed no remorse for killing a person. He doesn’t see that what he did was wrong. The funny part is that the way Meursault views everyone’s life, is the same way everyone in the court room (mines Marie and his friends) view his life meaningless.

I still need to dig deeper and explore this topic.

This was something new for me. I don’t remember the last romance I’ve read, especially with some spice in it. It was nice, I did enjoy it other than the “argument” between Bebe & Mel. It was like an adult talking to an outraged teenager that didn’t see the bigger picture. A solid 3.

“Pompeii,” Bebe said, still not breaking eye contact. “I love a good disaster, myself.”

    STOOOPPPPP. Even I feel flustered.

“You're describing the climactic scene from Mrs. Doubtfire," Daniel drawled. “Need I remind you, that plan did not work out for Robin Williams. RIP." He pointed a finger and his gaze upward as a sign of respect.
“RIP," Mel repeated, doing a quick sign of the cross. Sure, the flick was full of problematic cross-dressing, but still. What a legend.

I recently saw Mrs. Doubtfire, like mid-May. Rest in peace Robin Williams. You are missed so much 🖤
