Worlds Within Worlds
Books in which the characters 'go into' real, physical objects in their own world to get to another world/universe. It has to be objects that are not usually meant to 'transport' you, like vehicles or doorways.
โ The Land of Stories: The characters have to 'go into' a book to get to the Land of Stories. โ Harry Potter: The characters take a train to another location within their own world. โ Coraline: The characters go through a secret door to get to the other world.
Recs always welcome!
