Recs if you like Twelfth Night...

Shorter books (under 200 pages) that are part of at least one quest. Many are also in the public domain, making them easily accessible when you want to grind for that next badge.

If we are going to do Qwordy's the Hardest Reading Challenge You'll Ever Do 3.0 - we should probably get some Pagebound badges along the way! I'm specifically going to be adding books from Quests and readalongs that go past the July start date and match at least one of these title prompts: Periodic Table, Familial Terms, Rainbow of Words (also Joseph's coat), Numerical Titles, Titular Counting 5+, Pun in the Title, and First & Last Name in the Title. Recommendations welcome!

The children yearn for Shakespeare.

Created out of my love for Clueless, She’s the Man, and 10 Things I Hate About You specifically.

Just personally wanted a compilation of all plays for ease of access, even those with debatable authorship. Hopefully should appear chronologically from ascending to descending.

Books where over-indulgence and over-consumption are central themes.

All the stories from the bard and stories that he inspired- I definitely need recommendations for this one!!

A list dedicated to the life, works, and study of William Shakespeare. Includes many of the books featured on Shakespeare Unlimited, the podcast produced by the Folger Shakespeare Library.

✨You’ve met me at a very time time of my life ✨

Inspired by @erintripsey’s list “what a week, huh?”, these book titles all reference different times of day or ways to calculate the passing of time, in non-specific terms (no Thursdays or Julys, etc.)

Begging for suggestions if you have any!

books that feature plot shenanigans related to gender and identity

Books with adaptations that differ quite a bit from the source material.

I personally really enjoying watching adaptations, even when they fail the original (and especially when they end up elevating it).

Modern adaptations of classics go in the list and so do movies that change big plot points or characters. Movies that had to cut down certain elements because of the change of media are not included. Open to suggestions!

Everyone has a secret. Whether it's to hide from someone, advance in life, or bury their past, these protagonists or the people close to them have kept their true identities a secret. And something like that never comes back to haunt them, right?

Very niche category but if there are any English Literature students wondering what they will be studying for a little bit this might be useful.

Other items used: "The Timeline Book", "Electives 200" (includes "Money Matters for Teens Workbook", "ARTistic Pursuits: Senior High, Book 1" and "Art Supplies Kit for ARTistic Pursuits: Senior High)", "Sheet of Book Labels 200", "Sonlight Ultra Microscope", "Immersion Oil for Microscope Slides", "Literature 230 Student Guide", "Literature 230 Parent Guide", "History/Bible 220 Student Guide", "History/Bible 220 Parent Guide", "Berean Biology Schedule Plus", "Microscopy Supplies Kit", "Advanced Dissection Kit with Specimens", "Berean Biology Supplies Kit", "Binders + Tabs for High School Packages" and "MUS300 - Algebra 2 Online Instruction with Video".

you might have read some of these if you were in grade 7-12 in the 2000s. (obviously this will vary wildly based on where you grew up)
