Oh I haven’t read that one, how do doors play a role in the story?

The conceit of the series is that doors to other worlds appear and children go through them to find a fantasy realm uniquely suited to them. The series title is about a rehabilitation boarding school for the teens that have fallen back into our world and are hoping for a door to reappear to the fantasy realm they now consider home.
