Another great list!
I do not have schizoaffective disorder, so take this recc with a pinch of salt, but as someone with other MH conditions and a lot of decades in the disability community, I found Until The End by Tracey Ward to be surprising good rep. It's another zombie outbreak book (I have a niche hahaha) and our MC has the disorder and is running out of meds whilst dealing with a nightmare world. She goes on the run to get out of the city and to safety with a fellow college student, and I found it to be very thoughtful rep. I haven't got to the second book in the series yet, so can't speak to that. (Must get to it soon before I forget what was happening lol!)
