are any of these romances? i know its a bit odd but i really like reading romances with the priest from fleabag style dilemmas
I haven’t read them all but unfortunately I don’t think that any of these are romance-centric. Some of the genre fiction might have romantic storylines, though I’m not certain the love interest would necessarily be a priest… I am pretty sure that I saw a list someone made which was exactly what you are looking for, I’ll try to find it again

Have you checked out Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz? I recently purchased this book that I'm looking forward to reading, but not too much of her writing is in English, and her really famous work is Ecos de mi Pluma which may also be of interest!
I have never heard of her but she seems to have been a remarkable woman !! Will definitely try to learn more about her! However I don’t think that her work entirely fits into this list since I am more so looking for books about nuns and though she was one, it looks like she wrote more about philosophy and the education of women. I still very much appreciate the recommendation though :))
