Just noticed that Boys Don't Cry by Malorie Blackman is on this list and thought you'd like to know it isn't a standalone. There is a sequel for the book titled "Heart Break Girl". Edit to add that I only now found out that it has possibly not been published yet and the publication date is unknown. Don't know if and when the sequel will be coming out though I've been able to find the book with its cover and blurb on all the book sites. Still love Boys Don't Cry and think it deserves a read!
