Thank you for putting this list together! I had no idea there were so many books about misophonia, I'd only heard about Sounds Like Misophonia which I'd like to get and work through someday.

I really hope I can find something that helps me with my misophonia among these books. It never occurred to me that there could be relief for it 👀

And if none of the ideas here end up panning out for you, you should also know that interest in this field of research has grown exponentially within the last decade and there are many highly-motivated people now studying it in hopes of finding a cure.

Edit: that said, there is no known cure at this time so please don't get scammed! 😅 Even so, there is lots of room for improvement and relief even without "a cure"
