There's a lot to be said about your 20s, but life afterwards is just as sweet! Here is a list of books where the FMC is age 30+ so you can enjoy a little more maturity and a totally different POV on life. This one is dedicated to my fellow millennials 🫶 I'll update as I continue to read. Please share any suggestions you have for our friends in the comments.

I really recommend the Heart's cover hotties series by Lilian Monroe
Also the first two Bluebird Basin by Jess K. Hardy. So good.
Thank you! I added 1 & 2
3 is amazing as well, just younger main characters.
LMK which books or if the whole series focused on older women & i'll add them 🥰
The whole series!
Would The Wedding People fit this list of yours? Or is the focus just romance?
Thank you for the rec!
As an older millenial, I appreciate this list but it reminded me I’m getting on in years. 😂😂
Haha I've noticed myself relating more to the 40 years olds than the 20 somethings and THAT has me scared lol
No really, sometimes the communication and self awareness is such a relief. There’s only so much I can yell at a 20 something year old character. 😭
Found a new one for the list! "Never Been Shipped" is SO sincere and is what second chance/childhood best friends to lovers dream about.
Book Lovers by Emily Henry also fits. MCs in their mid-late thirties.
Freya Barker’s Rock Point series has FMCs in their late 30s and well into their 40s. Keeping 6 Cabin 12 HWY 550 10-Code I’ve read the first three and enjoyed them. All involve a crime, and MMCs in the FBI.
I’m listening to 💜The Love Lyric💜 and she is 31 while he is 28!
New rec! Love Letters for Other People... it's been 17 years since she left at 17. He was the teen parent! (not her)
New rec! Left of Forever. Very swoony... they were young parents, divorced and driving their kid to college.
