aw i love this! if you want any suggestions there is also "i am a cat" by natsume soseki đ¸ and "catwings" by ursula k le guin cats are also important in a lot of haruki murakami novels, particularly "kafka on the shore" and "the wind-up bird chronicle," although its not obvious from the titles so theyre more of a stretch. he also has a short memoir called "abandoning a cat" about he and his father's shared love of cats, but i haven't read that one yet, and the title makes me sadđĽ˛
