This book was so good! It was a nice insight to the struggles he faced within his early career but also showed how he overcome them to be the successful person he is. It’s nice to see someone be reflective but also know that if things were changed he may not be where he is today

Amazing! The pace of this book was much faster than the first and leaves the reader asking themselves questions. I’m intrigued to find out what happens in the next book!!

Amazing! I was extremely excited for this book and it did not disappoint! I do wish that the book was called 'Wild Fire' since that was mentioned more times in the book than the term 'Wild Card'

Starting this as a first book for a family book club… I’m hooked already! I think the short chapters will be very enticing to keep reading. “Just one more chapter”😅

I gotta say, after reading the Chestnut Spring series and now reading the Rose Hill series, I feel like Elsie Silver really evolved as a writer, specially in terms of how mature and emotional her stories are. Obviously this is down to preference, but I found the Chestnut Spring books to be very lust focused and giving more importance to how attracted the two character were to each other, and while this series still has that (it is, after all, a romance), there’s a lot more story around the characters’ past, traumas and the stories feel a little more serious and the characters a bit more mature. Curious to know if anyone else feels this difference!

Having heard so many bad things about this book but it‘s not as bad as everyone made it out to be. I‘m really enjoying it actually, it‘s quite easy to read imo Sure i‘m cringing at some sentences (looking at you „my bowels turned watery“) but other than that I can’t really complain about the book :)

I loved every minute of it! I like how in this series, Elsie Silver is portraying different family dynamics and debunking gender norms.
Very excited for Wild Card tomorrow😁😁
