Iām trying to help my friend get back into reading, so we have a mini ābook clubā with us two.
She says she likes to read about āreal lifeā, no fantasy or things like that. This sounds like literary fiction to me.
Does anyone have recommendations for lit fic to get someone back into reading, as well as makes for a good discussion?
Edit: she also said fiction and she liked Crying in Hmart

I was trying so hard to push through without crying but I couldnāt hold it when I finished reading chapter 38. That was heart wrenching

Love this story so far. But one things got me scratching my head - could people easily buy airplane tickets like that at the gateāand when the plane already began boardingāback in 1995? And do flight attendants really let people without first class tickets sit in first class?
