I really enjoyed this one! The stakes are increasing a lot, which made this plot much more interesting than the previous book. With the new characters, new enemies and just the overall feel and tone of this book, it just increased the quality and enjoyment of this series to me!

This is neck and neck for my favorite so far. The winter setting mixed with brewing emotions and secretly tagging along make this a real winner. I was very surprised by the villain and thought the fight was very clever.
I think the final reveal in this one is REALLY fun and sets up an interesting path forward.
