Has anyone annotated/post it noted the book? If so what did you jot down or tag? I may read it all the way through then read it again and annotate it.

So first off, I agree with some people in saying this book is the first one in a long time that has challenged my reading comprehension. After several chapters I have to stop and allow myself time to digest what I read, especially in good twist parts.
I haven’t read manacled, so I am coming into this with fresh eyes and I’m excited about it. There are so many mixed reviews I wanted to see for myself.
This is also my first book in a while that is so dark. I read the back page of triggers, yes they are a bit harsh but I feel like it makes sense. I know a lot of people are turned off by it but after reading the books I’ve read despite it probably being a little morbid, I to some extent appreciate something of darker nature.
I can see how some people couldn’t finish it or struggle to finish it, and I know I’m not that far in so I still can’t really give a overview of how I feel about it, but so far I am super excited to read this and so far appreciate the change of pace and setting as well as the challenge to decipher.
