Hi hiii, coming at ya with a silly little question. I’m strapped in for the next seasonal readalong starting in March and can’t wait to start the books.
I see other people reading the books ahead of the allotted time-slot and was wandering, will it count if I read one of the books now-ish? How is others going about with this? Do I just have to comment on the forum later for it to count?
I’m about to finish big boy Achemised soon and so kinda don’t want to stuff other books in this time between now and March 1st.
I swear to g, I saw the answer to this somewhere earlier and wanted to confirm this but cannot for the life of me find it anywhere now.

A collection of the pilot books for popular series, for those of us who love to follow a character's journey for as long as an author will let us! Some of the below series have heavily debated starting points and book read orders--in those cases the pilot was selected based on what seems to be the most popular approach.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the overlap between people who devour books and people who sink hours into video games.
If you’re a reader and a gamer, I’m curious: • What are you playing right now? • Do you gravitate toward story-heavy games, cozy games, chaotic multiplayer, RPGs? • Do you feel like gaming scratches the same itch as reading - or a totally different one?
And if you don’t game, I’d love to know why. No judgment - just genuinely interested in how these hobbies intersect (or don’t).
I’m fascinated by the reader/gamer venn diagram. Where do you land?

Oh god, I've been bracing myself to read about the various bullshit Shatner pulled over the years and I'm still not ready for it.
