This book is so cool and unique! I was a little lost at the start but as the story unraveled it was so amazing to piece together everything. This one is going to stick with me for sure. I definitely agree with the many people I've seen recommend it on different platforms!

This one was rough. It feels pretty pointless in the grand scheme of the series. I don't understand why Firestar would abandon his clan a few months after the huge battle for a clan that he doesn't actually have ties to. It also seems odd to thrust the warrior code onto cats because of ancestors that they don't even know. Also the one character's choice too not disclose something huge really bothered me.
The pacing was super slow and a lot of the new characters felt under developed or unmemorable.
I think the ending picked up but that also might've been because I was excited for it to come to a close. I think I'm going to power through the super edition that's a follow up to this because there are other stories related to SkyClan that I want to read but I'm not really looking forward to SkyClan's Destiny.
Continuity wise I don't understand the choice to make Whitekit older than Leafkit and Squirrelkit when she's still an apprentice at the end of the next series while the other 2 receive their full names.

The pacing... I'm dying. Were all the super editions this horrendously paced? I guess I never noticed it as a kid đ

So I'm a pretty big fan of 3 of the other super editions. Something about this one feels really uninteresting. I love Firestar and Sandstorm so I thought I would be excited for a book focused on them but this is just... Dragging? I also thought the idea of SkyClan would be cool to explore and especially since I read the New Prophecy arc already I thought that I'd feel more for a clan fleeing, but I'm honestly not all that drawn to learn more about them. Ravenpaw is one of my favorite characters and to fully understand his graphic novels and novella the official Warriors site recommends reading this book and SkyClan's Destiny first but ugh this doesn't feel as worth it as the others.
