So I was literally just thinking about how different my reading is from when I was younger to now and I was thinking about all the things that I kind of missed so I'm just curious about how everyone else feels
Like is there a difference for you between like when you read as a kid or not?
Personally, I miss how easily I picked my next reads. Like I did not face the indecision that I do know and I really miss the like lack of decision issues. However I also really makes this one very specific thing, possibly maybe to just England although I don't know, but I really miss library buses because that's what introduced me to reading as a kid, and it would just be so nostalgic just to even see one again. It is literally just as its name suggests, a little mini library on wheels and it was so amazing when it would like come onto the street and you would like walk past the lamp post and see when it would next show up on the street and get so excited over it like I want that excitement again I miss it.
So, ramble over, is there a reading thing specifically as a kid that's like pure nostalgia. Or just anything that gives you like nostalgia, I'm really curious and nosy.

I would love it if book were sorted by language. It's really hard to view author's other books because of all the other editions being there. Hope you cinconsider and thank you for an amazing app!

Lately choosing a show/movie to watch is so hard. I lose interest after 5, 10 minutes. I used to binge watch shows, it could be k dramas, animes. But now everytime i scroll through netflix and see a mystery i think how a book couldve done it way better. No matter how good the show is.
My experiences reading are almost always better then watching a show. Sometimes reading genuinely feels like watching a show. Books make me feel more then I would watching something, and thats why I prefer it.

Has anyone used the online bookstore BooksRun?
I am on my quest to find Songs from the Seashell Archives Volume 2. Thriftbooks refunded my order because they sent volume 1, and I am hesitant to try reordering from them. Pangobooks has one copy (woohoo) except shipping to Canada costs TWENTY NINE DOLLARS (the book is 5.99). It appears that this book is only found in the USA and BooksRun at least has cheaper shipping......... why is this book impossible to find?! Do I bite the bullet and spend $$$ to secure it? Do I make it my lifelong mission to try to find it at a used bookstore?!

Is it just me? Since the start of the year, all of the books I'm reading, even those I didn't like much, I'd love to reread.
Some in the future, which is pretty normal in my opinion. Like, maybe one day I'll have a new outlook on it. A new perspective.
Most, though, and what I find weird, I want to reread right now. Already. I'm a person that loves stability and known things, but it never got to this point.
Hell, I'm not even really a rereader. I only reread one book in my entire life, up to this point. I don't get why I want to reread everything I just read immediately.
Does this happen to somebody else? Do you have any idea why?

Writing messages to trees and putting them in mailboxes is such a unique concept! Plus every tree has a name! Being a Biology student and as I love nature, reading about the FMC doing experiments in the lab, going on nature trails is so relaxing and fun to read! 🌳✨
