Kind of book related, kind of not. Has anyone on this site gotten the game Tiny Book Shop, yet? And if so, how are you liking it? I've unlocked 30 / 47 achievements so far. I love the fact that the book recommendations are real titles, although the last few updates made the recs part a little wonky. I had been waiting for this game to come out for a while, and pretty much told everyone I could to go get it when it released on Steam in August.

If you could only ever read either one certain genre or one author for the rest of your life who or what would it be?
Mine would be romance as a genre , there are sooo many romance books

Assuming, of course, that you like romance in your story at all.
Me, personally, I like anywhere between medium-slow to glacial when itās done right. To me itās about payoff!

hello friends!
with us already being 10 days into october (and my birthday being two weeks away!), i would love to know what everyone has on their fall TBR. has anyone been utilizing the monthly planning feature, and if so, what do you have scheduled for this month? i am personally following the seasonal readalong, but i am also in the middle of curating my own october reading list, so i would love any recommendations that match the mood of the season š§āāļøš

If you were a book, what genre do you think you'd be? I love anything historical, so I'd be a historical romance or historical fiction. I love fantasy as well, but I don't think I'd survive long in any of my favourite fantasy series.

As someone who has been around the bookstagram/ booktok / booktube or any bookish community in a social media platform for more than 6 years, It was so tiring to see the same 10 books being popping up on the feed. I was easily influenced, most of the "popular" books that I read were utter disappointment to me. (Normal people on the top of the list ). No offense to the authors or anybody who loves them, It didn't work for me atleast.
And then I found this community where I have discovered so many great books, people talking about their favourites with such passion and intellect that no "book influencer" can match. I am so happy to have to read all the genuine reviews you all post here and the thread of conversation that pops up below that.
I am grateful to be here, to be among people who love bookish talks.
So, tell me your criminally underrated favourite book. I'll go first, it's Kingdom of Back by Marie Lu. āØš¶
