Thought: Not even the sake of a better world would make me want to be a parent. Conclusion: I would not make for a good spy.
Addendum: also maybe because killing and keeping secrets are not my strongest suits
But I am curious how Mr. Stoic will go about this. I feel Child Care is a LOT harder than killing people and putting on little outfits for the job

I don’t know if I’m too much of a Shrek fan but why does it give off the same vibes? The mention of magic creatures that are hunted to be sold, the frog with a crown…are we…in Far Far Away?

I just started this book in audiobook format and the way this narrator ends each sentence is giving me the ick 😖
I’ll still try to give the book and her a chance tho.
