It will take you through 36 years of survival, of different intertwined stories around the world of people trying to reverse an inevitable change.

I must say that what I liked the most was how the stories developed and at what extremes is humanity ready to go to survive. This book depicts the good, the bad and the ugly in a way that makes it too realistic if this were to happen. Apart from that, it mixes science with sociology, diplomacy and the utter feeling of despair that cannot be missing from a science fiction, dystopian story.
