KerryFrancesMc's Book Journey

The more I read this the more confused I am because of how bizarre the story is so far - but I can’t stop reading because I hope it becomes clearer if I’m further in. I have a feeling I’ll be more confused as I go 😂

leave my girl Fräulein Bürstner alone, why is K in her business AND her room?

This woman, I can’t figure it out. She’s obviously forced to have sex with the one guy for her husband to keep his job, but she doesn’t like the husband anyway? So, she’s willing to sleep with K if he takes her away? Is that what I’m getting? After the kissing scene with K, I’m thoroughly grossed out by him, so she must be absolutely desperate. I picture K as excessively unappealing to me…possibly bc I was scarred by the earlier kissing scene.

I dont think I can finish this. K is very unlikable and I’m not comfortable with the way he stalked a woman after seemingly harassing her in the chapter prior. 😬
