Hello my fellow boundlings! I hope you guys are all well! I was supposed to post this yesterday but here we are! I just wanted to check in and know how everybody's doing! Has June been kind to you so far? Are your plans for the month going well?Have they been accomplished? Or have things gone a little left? Let me know!
As for me, things have been going great! Book wise, I've done my first batch of Poirot books then read another book in between and I'm working on my second batch then I read a different book afterwards. Life wise,I've submitted one of two remaining documents for my degree application đ„ł! This one helps in credit transfer so that I won't have to repeat any units I've done and in turn my fees will be cheaper! I finally got it on Thursday after my mum and I (mostly my mum) were on my former institution's necks about it, edited it and sent it on Friday then got the response from where I'm applying to yesterday saying that they'll let me know the results of the credit transfer when they're done and I'm excited! At least that's one less thing to worry about and I have one more document to go, which I'm working on. So yeah, things are going great!
Once again, let me know what's been going on for you guys!
Love you guys so much! Nicotherelativeâ€ïž

Do people actually like this book? & if so, how? I want to enjoy it, but the main character is insufferable. Will it get better?

This book talks about hard things in a digestible way. It discussing right and wrong really nicely. How are you going to handle a certain situation. Is what youre doing the right way. It explores how the truth will make you feel, through the lense of a child. Which makes it really easy to understand and make us reflect on it.
There are a few things I am a bit nitpicky about. The way Jam talks, it sounds like she has lived through it rather than experiencing it second handed. Also the ending seems too easy, and dare I say unrealistic. Despite that, I understand the purpose of it. If we keep thinking nothing will change, nothing will. Hope is an important part when dealing with monsters.
I thought this was a wonderful read and an important message â€ïž
