Post from the Greek Myth Retellings forum

I have never read a retelling or one of the original tales of the greek mythology yet and just don’t know where I should start reading them in general and in which I can find the story of Icarus.
I own the song of achilles and would start with that. Which books don’t require a lot of starting knowledge and I could jump straight into?

Fellow nightowls - when you happen to read a book after midnight, do you consider it a read of the next day or of the previous day?

I didn’t expect to love this book this much. It took a bit to get into because it’s not my normal genre and the first story is definitely not my favorite but it gradually became better and at the end I found myself smiling at the pages dreaming of entering the shop during cherry blossom season myself. Would recommend it!

Today's prompt brought to you by my St Patrick's Day hangover (? it's tea, and chocolate coins 😄)
Pick a colour, green vs orange. Vote by suggesting a book with that colour cover. I know orange is harder but it can just include orange. You can vote for both if you want.
My votes 💚 - The Siren of Sussex by Mimi Matthews 🧡 - I was Born for This by Alice Oseman
