This was fun but way too long. I got bored and didn’t want to pick this back up for a while. I am going to continue the ruthless boy series. But if this feeling continues while reading, I will skip this part of the reading order.
Also, I was surprised that this was written after zodiac because the writing & errors felt even more obvious. I normally don’t care, especially for an indie, but I can’t stop thinking of “I’ll have to print happy on my shitting forehead.” I’m sorry your what forehead?

I love a slasher, and I really love a campy slasher. You’re Not Supposed to Die Tonight is exactly that, a campy horror. There are so many great nods to classic horror movies and books, and it has a unique voice within a familiar story.
I found it really well-paced, and by the end I couldn’t put it down. And the twists, OMG, the twists completely blindsided me. I also really loved all of the characters, especially the relationship between the MC and her girlfriend. Charity & Bezi forever.
