Wow, wow, wow! I now understand why everyone raves over this series. Sanderson has a way of catching you completely off-guard with his twists and turns. This book was a little hard to get into at first, but around the 30% mark it started to pick up and I was hooked all over again, just like I was with the first book. I also learned the term "Sanderlanche" (Sanderson avalanche) from a fellow reader which perfectly describes his writing style. All the exciting, page-turning bits really pile on towards the second half of his books, and MAN, it is absolutely worth the wait. Cant wait to read the third Mistborn book and more from the cosmere!!

This book was a little slow in the beginning, but now we're IN IT. Every time I have a hunch about something in this book, the truth is revealed and I'm so far off lol
