Hi all, I’m looking for some fiction and non-fiction recommendations for books that center around witches or witchcraft. Particularly in the 17th to 19th centuries. Curious to hear what folks say!

An introduction to Historical Fiction, these books are part of the cultural zeitgeist or the 'canon' that many would recognize. Look for more niche titles in later Starter Pack volumes.

A bit of a slower start, explaining the world, the social dynamics, and the magic system, but once it picks up, boy does it ever. Thomil and Sciona are well rounded, realistic, and not always easy to like characters, which I really do appreciate. While Tiran is this magical, otherworldly place, the author's ability to bring through real life aspects and problems is admirable, and the makes the book all that much better. In a time where it is so easy to write a likable story with likable characters, I do appreciate the morally grey themes.

This is How You Lose the Time War is one that's been recommended to me a million times and now... well, it's too much pressure. I'm sure it's great! I'll get to it eventually... probably 🤭
Are there books people say you'd adore that you can't quite crack open yet?

Hi everyone 🧚
Lately I have been listening to playlists on Spotify based on the books I read and I feel inspired to do the same! I wanted to ask if you are one of these amazing people who create such playlists or even do playlists for your own ears only! How do you or would you select your songs? Do you even listen to the playlist while you read? I would love to read your thoughts about this.
I believe that listening to music that relate to the general mood or the characters enhances the reading experience for me! 🧚
