First of all, if I lived hundreds of years and was still broke, I would just kill myself. I already can't handle worrying about money...
Gotta love these two idiots and how much they love each other. Every time I thought Aster would def kill Sylvia bc of her bullshit, my girl Aster would cave and I personally understand liking mean and commanding women.
The plot twist really made this book for me. The first half of the book sells as one thing and 51% in, is a whole different heist. And I like both.
It's also refreshing the unapologetic vampires and a romance between them. Humans here are mostly food or the ones preparing the food.
Wallace deserved better tho

The mf plot twist. I thought this was a dumb history, about two even more dumb vampires (it's good, just dumb 😂), buuuut... Well well 🤭

To those who are indecisive about reading the book or watch the movie first, I would recommend watch the movie.
The movie is good and fun, it will be even more without the constant "this should have happened". And when reading the book, it's like the director cut. It makes sense is this order, because the movie is surprisingly good even when the book is better.
