An introduction to Literary Fiction, these books are part of the cultural zeitgeist or the 'canon' that many would recognize. Look for more niche titles in later Starter Pack volumes.

Not sure if this is widely known (apologies if it is!) but wanted to share a helpful resource š«¶š» The Queer Liberation Library is a free digital library with literature and resources tailored to the LGBTQ+ community. Anyone with a US mailing address can sign up for a free library card on their website and get access to their Libby catalogue. It isnāt a huge selection, but they have many of the popular queer fiction books and Iāve found a lot of books that my public libraries donāt have. Highly recommend checking them out and supporting them š„°

A solid second story! This was another heart-warming read in the billionaire brotherhood series. I always enjoy the spontaneous and intriguing plots that are thrown our way, and it was very interesting to see Silas be the one to end up married in Vegas. Of course, our two main character's have very different lifestyles that clash and overlap during their stay together... but what I loved most about this story, surprisingly enough, was the battle between their similarities.
These are both hardworking people who want what's best for those around them and like to be in a certain amount of control. This leads to a bit of clashing even when nothing was truly wrong, which I honestly enjoyed. I loved how genuine and authentic Way's irritation was, and I adored how Silas was very knowing yet still stubborn and set in his ways of helping. A truly likeable pair that you enjoy rooting for, set with a plot revolving a small town which was endearing and charming. I loved how Silas was able to find a way to bring ETC into the mix, and overall, enjoyed seeing how the two spent time together with each day that passed.
Unlike Prince of Lies which I rated a 3.5 star, this book didn't quite hit the same and is a 3 for me, only because there was a little too much smut for my taste, and that the plot dragged on just slightly at the end. I honestly would have loved to see just a little more of their day-to-day differences at home so they could learn more about eachother in a wholesome way, even if it was just one free weekend in the mix of all those months. I yearned to see them alone and hanging out/talking just a little more than what we got.
Nevertheless, this book still gave me exactly what I dove in for, kept me hooked in, and was an enjoyable read! It's always nice to see more of the brotherhood interacting together. I love the trust between Bash and Silas in particular, and ate up all the sprinkles of Landry and Kenji's relationship. (Still giggling and kicking my feet everytime I get a hint of them being together!) Dev's bit at the end also had me very intrigued, and with the direction it seemed to be taking, I'm super excited to continue reading this series!
Pick this book up if you're looking for an exciting jumble of getting married in Vegas, having a bi-awakening, keeping up a happily married reputation, and living in a small town together. If that's what you're in for, this story will surely hit the spot, a cute kind of romance that you can find yourself lost in for a little while.

I havenāt even started the actual book and Iām already crying. š
I have a copy of the book published in 2025 and thereās a letter from Aiden Thomas thanking readers for 5 years of Cemetery Boys. I still havenāt read much trans media, and especially trans masc media, so I feel like Iām just healing my inner child while going through this. I just canāt help but think about how much more I wouldāve accepted myself if I had this sort of fiction to read as a kid.
