I have sooo many books checked out from the library at the moment because the holds just kept coming in😭 I realized that I will not be able to read two of the books before I have to return them, and I'm okay with that (I think). However, I just feel so stressed that I have so many books at home and that I won't be able to read them all.
Like I could just start a book and return to it later? None of the books I currently have at home have long wait times, but I think I just struggle with the concept of this.
Fellow library users, how do you deal with this?

Just wondering if anybody else is either attracted or repelled by chapter length? Im meant to be reading Terry Pratchetts The Light Fantastic, but im being put off by the lack of chapter breaks. It's just 200+ pages of continuous narrative and my mind sees it as a massive chore!
I know as the reader I have control over when I stop and start, but to me a chapter break is like permission from the author to take a breather if needed. I felt the same with Conrad's The Heart of Darkness which again is a short book, but is comprised of just 3 massive chapters!
I am guilty of skipping ahead to see how many pages are in the next chapter, which is how I've managed to read over 100 pages of The Marriage Act by John Marrs because the short snappy chapters attracted me, even though it's 3 times as long as the Terry Pratchett.
Does anybody else's brain act weirdly in this way?!
