This dragged a bit for me. There were some points where I was really hoping for more of the NASA pod.

I enjoyed this book from the beginning. The unreliable narrator kept me on my toes.
However, the twist that was thrown in the last 1/3 was so far out there that it took me out of it. There was no explanation of how it was possible and nothing hinting at it leading up to the reveal. Too convenient.

Am I the only one who gets a bit of an ick when they read a book with a female first person narrator and discover the author is a man?
I've been enjoying the book and only just looked at the author's bio and now I'm feeling so-so? Please feel free to be honest and tell me I am the only one who gets this.

This dragged for me. It was just interesting enough to keep me going, but it took me nearly four weeks to finish.
The premise is fascinating. The execution fell flat for me.
