so unbelievably nervous to read this for no reason lmao. purposefully going in blind but i’m actually so suprised that it looks like the bulk of the focus here is going to be the bunnys’ backstories? very curious to see how that is going to go because i feel like the original had such a clear focus (before it falls apart in the last fifty pages but i digress); i wonder if this will as well or if it’s a bit more indulgent. also very curious in how this will differ from the original because ive always thought bunny is very easy to date based on what feminism looked like when it came out. it FEELS so fundamentally like something that was written in the mid to late 2010s so im very interested how that will translate into something conceptualized in a post 2020 world

Can't believe I'm having a hard time putting this book down

Wow, this is not what I was expecting at all! Always had just assumed this book was a particularly long and dour regency romance from how people would talk about it. I'm finding myself hooked though, and really enjoying the slow reveal of this family's dark history. Despite knowing from the start how everyone ends up, I still feel like I have no idea where things are headed.
