Does it depend on the book? Or are you tabbing what struck emotion? (I find myself tabbing for really just that emotion, mainly if I reread I can see what stuck for me the first time giggle at how I was more dramatic, newly light a moment I miss, ect.) But is there other methods you like? And or what Is your purpose? rereading to u new tab or rely on your old š Understand it a lovely gift just no bookish friends and to tailor it to or giggle it over but.. xo thanks

Ive never really read 2 books at once but am seeing so many people now reading not just 2 but like even 5 with audiobooks and Iām curious how yall keep them all straight? Iāve only really tried when I am bored of 1 but donāt want to give myself burnout of the story. But maybe others need more than one story? Or like mental multitask more idk š¤ Or does it take triple the time to finishās them all and yall happy confused too š maybe itās to make the story live a little longer which I validate omfg! Idk any advice or why u enjoy?

I'm not one to annotate books because I feel like it takes me out of the story, but more and more lately, I have felt the urge to do it. However, I have been reading library books, so I want to ask the people who annotate, how do you do it with library books? Do you write your favourite quotes and comments in a journal? Do you buy a version for yourself if you want to do it?
