Irresponsible Puckboy was such a fun and addictive read. I absolutely loved the concept of an accidental marriage between best friends- it’s now one of my favourite tropes, and this book delivered a really entertaining take on it. The progression of their relationship felt engaging, and I genuinely didn’t want to put the book down.

As a pansexual reader, I also really appreciated the representation. Even though it wasn’t explored in a super deep way, it still meant a lot to see that identity included and normalised within the story.

That said, the book wasn’t perfect for me. The writing style could have been stronger at times, and there were moments where the characters’ decisions left me feeling a bit conflicted. Some reactions didn’t fully land, which pulled me out of the story here and there.

Overall, though, it was an enjoyable, binge-worthy romance with a great premise and plenty of heart. Definitely worth picking up if you love friends-to-lovers and chaotic, accidental relationship tropes.

And of course, I’m always here for a cheeky bit of spice, which this book definitely delivered. That said, it’s not a perfect read. The writing itself isn’t flawless, and the time skips within chapters confused me a bit at times. But honestly, it didn’t take away from how fun and easy the book was to read. Overall, a super enjoyable story that I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for something entertaining and addictive.
