I made this post for two main things, have a conversation and asking you where to buy special editions
Im personally not a big fan of special editions basically because they went of from being a weird special thing you have because you’re a very big fan to something that is told by the editorials that is a special edition but has no diference from the standard besides having an ugly single colour sprayed edge. In my country special editions of mid romantasies have ocuppied all fantasy sections and the worst is that they are expensive as fuck (seriously between 25 and 30€ for a book that in paperback is 15) and arent even good editions! I have some expensive editions BUT they always have extra content or are a bit more well thaught like the il·lustrated edition of the hunger games and a colection of the earthsea novels. I seriouslly feel like this “special edition” trend is a steal, i’ve seen at least 6! Editions of fire and blood in diferent formats and none of them are below 18€ even the paperback is sold as an special edition. I feel like is more a marketing technique than an actual consideration because wtf.
Now, the special editions I do like are, unfortunatelly for me and my pocket, the more expensive ones. Im really interested in the special editions of the farseer trilogy by ilumicrate but where do you buy old special editions on a decent price? Ebay idk im from europe if that helps 😂
Ty for reading!

I wanted to have a ig profile to talk about books for a while, i tried it with tik tok and i chikened out because my friends made fun of me (not in a bad way i swear they're just annoying). So now i opened a new account with another name (its the same name as i have here in pb) but i dont know exactly what to post. What are your favourite things to see in accounts? i don't plan on showing my face so its more like a blog account. I want to post reviews, recs and fanart since i draw, but im not sure on how to approach it.
Do you have any ideas? or if you have an account of your own what do you talk about? i wold love to know your users if you want to share. (I hope this doesn't count as self promo, I literaly have 0 followers so i don't think so 😅)

Quite cute! Exactly the kind of romance i imagine a mormon man would write but it was actually really cute and silly. Also this book screams fuck AI so i suport that and respect sanderson for that, and it has a beautifull message around art and passion yeah its good!
