For me, itâs enemies to lovers. I love the sensual tension. The back and forth.

When you guys think of an âunreliable narrator,â who do you first think of? What books/characters?
I had made a post about this topic on the Mockingjay forum as well but thought it would be interesting to ask here. I have seen Katniss referred to as an unreliable narrator before but I personally disagree, wonât go into detail in here again lol but just made me curious as to who everyone else thinks of. I personally think of The Yellow Wallpaper or Life of Pi.

Sadly, I doubt that this review would make the author of this book proud, I can only hope to one day be as witty, fun and opinionated as she was. For now, all I can say is that this book was witty, ironic and made me discover a lot of books, and that I wish I could find more authors who write such fantastic book reviews as Dorothy Parker

I already loved Charlotte's writing style in Jane Eyre, but this book reminded me of that. Between the unreliable but lovable narrator and protagonist and her struggles to gain her independence, the cast of intriguing secondary characters, the descriptions of loneliness, unrequited love and deep sadness, this book deserves all the praise it had since it's publication. I finished it almost a week ago and I'm still trying to process the ending and some plot twists (like the nun, iykyk) because my mind keeps going back to Lucy Snowe and her life

Hi everyone, we've just released a big app update with many quality of life improvements, bug fixes, and some new features. These are all available on web as well. Please make sure your apps are updated to the latest version, 1.1.1, to see these changes! As a reminder, you can check out what we're working on and what's coming up next via the public roadmap (in the footer on web, in the more menu on the app)
Here's a list of updates:
We're working on monthly wrapups, reading streaks, and some prep for more stats next! We will also be making some additional enhancements to Quests (like: a book recommendations section similar to the Community Recs on book pages, stats for how many users earned each badge tier, and a feed tab like the new feed tab on book pages)
Thanks everyone and happy reading, Jennifer + Lucy
