While overall, I don’t think I rated a single story above a three, I want to give this collection some love because it brought the diversity I crave to monster romance. I would highly recommend picking this up if you’re tired of the same dynamics in monster romance. Its biggest failing is being a collection of short stories: romance is a hard genre to do in such limited page count.
Y’all, it’s almost that time again.
Last year someone in my book club introduced me to the Sapphic September readathon, which is run by @manicfemme and @evilqueen reads on Instagram.
While they haven’t released the board for this year yet, they teased the prompts in their stories.
