Told in letters, Evidence of the Affair is so intimate at times it genuinely made me nauseous. Itās incredible what TJR can make you feel in under 100 pages.

If you're a completionist, read in this order. Otherwise you can start with The Liveship Traders Trilogy or The Rain Wild Chronicles, but make sure you save Fitz and the Fool for last.

Whether it's sci-fi or fantasy, you like a big series. You love when a book says 1 of 5/10/50+. Is the reading order of the series hotly debated? Is there a wiki chart to show how the books connect? Even better. Come spend some time in these worlds.

Dramatic battles, tense political intrigue, unique world building...and is that maybe some romance I'm sensing? These books are not Romantasy but focus primarily on the SFF elements. Romance is a subplot and may not appear until later in the series, but when it does, you won't be disappointed.

This is well executed epic fantasy!! I feel that Islington did not waste a single word in the whole book. Everything comes back around and gets revealed, but I certainly needed an evidence board to keep it all straight
