Hey everyone! I want some bookish merch, but I feel like everything that’s being recommended to me by the dreaded algorithm all looks like AI and I despise it. Anyone know any great creators/websites that have real people behind their merch?

i get why we need this book to tie up loose ends, but 76% of the way through and i’m just not sure this book needed to be this long 😭😭😭 like wtffff is happening with aelin right now, i need to know!!! but in classic sjm fashion i’m sure the last 100-150 pages everything will blow up.

DNF’ing at chapter 2. This book would have made a lot more sense to me if the main character had been male instead of female. Either way, she is a real creep and I don’t like creepy pervs, be they male or female.
I hated that she was naked for the entire first chapter. I guess I also prefer humor to be sprinkled in here and there, rather than hit in the face with it, every other line.
This book was recommended to me because I am a fan of Dungeon Crawler Carl. And in the loosest, most vague way possible, I can see why. They both kind of have a video game-esque style and are violent and lighthearted. But overall, I found this book to be annoying, over the top and sexually aggressive. I’m not a prude. I don’t mind sex. Or violence. But I also don’t like feeling like I’m in some kind of creepy, horny, male discord while I’m reading a book. Too bad- the idea of this book had a lot of potential.

Now that the release date is (unfortunately) creeping up on us, I will unleash my anger in this review.
For anyone curious, BISEXUAL WOMEN ARE NOT SEX-OBSESSED CREATURES THAT GROSSLY SEXUALIZES EVERY LIVING THING THEY COME ACROSS. No, no, please hold the applause. This is not rocket science. This is just common knowledge. I'm not even a bisexual for crying out loud. Just a human being who uses basic thinking skills!
Of course, learning that information would require Wexler to talk to a real woman. Based on this novel, I'm assuming he's never come across one in the wild. If he had, he would know we don't rate our bodies based on if someone would "swipe right on."
