I did loose the plot about halfway through But I got it back, and that is what matters. The book in itself is confusing and isn’t always fun to read but the message behind it is important. Would I recommend the author? Yes. Would I recommend the book? Depends on how politically active the person I am talking to is.

I don’t even know what to say The last 100 pages actually made me think and I enjoyed reading those 100 pages But everything before It made me suffer. I did not enjoy it. And I was very unhappy that the conclusion of everything really where just 100 pages and like over half of this book was „This word is derived from this and then this and look Latin.“ I know the whole point was language and it’s power and colonialism and strikes And the last two where really well articulated But the whole language thing Took up WAY too much Also I still don’t entirely understand the silver working stuff Would not read it again but am happy I read it once
