I don’t even know how to process this particular part of the book. I am honestly like I could feel so much tension as I was reading. I was so worried for the berserker and also for echo and I was like I really really hope that things don’t go crazy things don’t go away and also I’m still not sure about the prophecy that the the berserker got. I’m like OK what exactly is happening? I’m so confused right now. I am feeling a lot of tension, but I’m also enjoying the book. I don’t know how to feel oh my goodness.

so I started reading this book a while ago honestly it affected my June reading I was in and out of a reading slump while reading this book and it’s not that it’s not interesting but I feel like the buildup was really slow. I got so distracted, but I was able to read a large portion of it yesterday and right now I am definitely feeling the book. I’m enjoying the whole shebang about how she is dark city Omega and she’s so well respected and everything. I’m loving the chemistry between the MMC and the FMC, but I’m like why did you have to take so long for us to get to the romance and the spices and the tension and a lot of things I just feel like I see things could have been developed faster I don’t I won’t call it slow burn because it wasn’t slow burn. It was more of action scenes that honestly I enjoyed, but like I felt like they were distracting away from the core of the narrative if you get what I mean.
