This book is wild because the first 60% is like ok…..we’re setting the scene we’re learning about these characters….then the last 40% is like OH GOD EVERYTHING HAPPENS SO MUCH. There were so many theories to contemplate, each quickly proved wrong in turn. I loved the cast overall, I loved the way the authors kept me guessing, and I loved the scathing insider look at the publishing industry. If the pacing had been different it would have been a solid 5 star read for me but at least I just had a really fun day of binging that last 40%!

Excellent 100/10 no notes. Poetic body horror is my favorite genre. If it’s not for you that’s ok because it’s for ME!!!!
