What a delightful romance! Quick, easy, and fun 🙂 Hazel was extremely relatable, and Noah was so lovable and wholesome! What a power couple honestly ❤️🔥
The only reason I deducted some stars is because the writing is very simplistic, which isn’t necessarily bad, but I’m picky lol

The book was an intense journey! It started slow, but then really picked up near the end. The world-building in this series is so intricate that it sometimes feels overwhelming. There were a lot of scenes where I struggled to keep track of what was happening. Despite the slow pace, there are some interesting worlds in this book that we flew through in only a few chapters, that I really would have liked a whole book on. I'm sad that we barely got to know the new characters from those worlds. That being said, I'm starting to feel like this series is suffering from having too many side plots and characters. Similar to the last book, Baz and Kai remain my favourites! Unfortunately, I never quite warmed up to Emory and Romie, and so I didn't care much for their chapters. So, even though parts of this book felt like a slog to get through, the ending really blew me away, and it's because of that that I plan to finish the series.

What a ride. Pascale knows what she is doing. It honestly baffles me that this series is considered YA, it feels too detailed for that age group? The world building is absolutely insane and the characters are so full of life. Anyways - this book has a slow start. I won’t lie, it was hard to keep going. BUT THE PAYOFF??? Just trust me. It’s worth it. Things get so CRAZY!!! I also learned at 90% that this book was not the final book in the series 😅… so I am very anxious for book 3, lol. TDLR: Do yourself a favor and start this series 🩵

So far, I think I like it more than Pumpkin Spice Café, mostly because of how relatable Hazel is lol 🫣
